Returns & Complaints
I would like to return a product.
Products can be returned if they are unopened and are in their original condition. Please pack the products carefully so that they are not damaged during transit.
If you have received damaged products, please contact us immediately after you open your parcel.
How will I receive my refund?
Your amount will be returned via the payment method you placed your order with. If you prefer, we can create a shop voucher for the value of your return payment instead.
You will receive a confirmation email with a credit memo when your return has been processed. Please note that you must return the item(s) within 30 days.
I would like to issue a complaint
We are sorry if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Please feel free to write to us using the contact form. Please select Returns & Complaints as the reason for contact and we will resolve the matter via the warranty or guarantee.
